These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the hhh5 platform, including all casino games, sports betting, crash games, account management, deposits, withdrawals, and promotional offers. By registering an account or using any hhh5 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

One Account Per Player

Fair Play Obligation
All players are required to engage with hhh5 games and betting markets honestly and in good faith. Collusion, use of automated software (bots), exploit abuse, or any other form of strategic manipulation is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture.
BDT Transactions Only

Eligibility & Account Registration
To register an hhh5 account you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

- The personal information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your country of residence.
hhh5 reserves the right to decline any registration application without giving reasons. Registration does not constitute a guarantee that an account will remain open indefinitely — hhh5 may close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time in accordance with these Terms.
Each player may maintain only one registered account on the hhh5 platform. Where hhh5 identifies that a player holds or has held more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — hhh5 may close all duplicate accounts, suspend withdrawal access, and void any bets, winnings, or bonus credits associated with the duplicate accounts.
Account Obligations & Security
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your hhh5 account. This responsibility extends to any access by a third party — including family members, friends, or other individuals who may have access to your device — regardless of whether you authorised or were aware of that access. hhh5 strongly recommends that you:
- Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other website or service.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number.
- Log out of your hhh5 account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
- Never share your username, password, or SMS verification codes with any other person.
- Contact hhh5 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- Keep your registered email address and mobile number current so that security alerts reach you promptly.
You must not transfer, sell, gift, or otherwise assign your hhh5 account or any balance within it to any other person. Account transfers of any kind are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all accounts involved. Any funds associated with a transferred account will be forfeited.
hhh5 may, at its sole discretion, impose temporary holds on account access or withdrawal functionality where unusual activity is detected, where a KYC verification request has not been fulfilled within a reasonable time, or where hhh5 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms. hhh5 will use reasonable efforts to notify the account holder promptly where a hold is applied, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.
It is your obligation to notify hhh5 promptly of any changes to your registered personal information, including your name, address, mobile number, or national identification details. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to or refusal of withdrawal requests.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Deposits
All deposits to your hhh5 account must be made through the payment methods currently listed on the platform, which include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. hhh5 does not charge deposit processing fees, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
- Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
- hhh5 does not accept deposits from third parties or from joint accounts where you are not the primary account holder.
- Deposits made via methods not listed on the platform will not be credited and may not be refundable.
- hhh5 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.
- Deposited funds are held in accounts separate from hhh5 operating funds.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests from verified hhh5 accounts are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. For fully verified accounts, hhh5 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.
- KYC verification must be completed before a player's first withdrawal is processed.
- hhh5 may request additional documentation for large withdrawals or where enhanced due diligence is required.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts in the player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
- hhh5 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation of any suspected breach of these Terms.
- Any active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon a withdrawal request, unless the applicable bonus terms state otherwise.
Bonuses & Promotions
hhh5 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section and to any additional conditions specified in the individual promotion.
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. hhh5 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion.
- Unless a specific bonus expressly states otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the bonus terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the bonus terms. Any bonus funds and associated winnings remaining at the expiry of the time limit will be forfeited automatically.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports bets, and crash games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in individual bonus terms.
- hhh5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification shall not affect bonuses that a player has already validly claimed and that remain within their active period.
- Bonuses may not be combined unless the applicable promotion explicitly states that stacking is permitted.
- hhh5 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Patterns of play that are identified as abusive — including low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, syndicated bonus claiming, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds, suspension of access to promotions, and may result in permanent account closure.
- Any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering calculations must be raised with hhh5 support within 14 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims raised outside this period may not be considered.
Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
The integrity of the hhh5 platform depends on all players engaging honestly and in accordance with these Terms. hhh5 employs a range of technical and procedural measures to detect and prevent unfair play, and any player found to be in breach of the fair play requirements set out below will face serious consequences up to and including permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with hhh5 games or betting markets on your behalf.
- Colluding with other players in any casino game or sports betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to generate winnings that would not have been possible under normal operating conditions. Any winnings obtained through a demonstrable software error will be voided.
- Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage, or other low-risk mechanical strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus offers or promotional terms rather than participate in genuine gaming.
- Providing false or misleading information at registration or during the KYC verification process.
- Attempting to access another player's account, whether by guessing credentials, phishing, social engineering, or any other method.
- Using the platform in connection with any unlawful activity, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of any prohibited activity.
- Creating or operating more than one hhh5 account.
- Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- Engaging in any conduct that, in hhh5's reasonable judgement, brings the platform into disrepute or threatens the integrity of any game or market.
hhh5 reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds that are found to have been placed in breach of these fair play provisions. Where winnings have already been credited to an account in connection with prohibited conduct, hhh5 will reverse those credits and may pursue recovery of any amounts already withdrawn.
Intellectual Property
All content on the hhh5 platform — including but not limited to the hhh5 brand name and logo, website design, layout, colour schemes, typography, graphics, user interface elements, software, game content licensed from third-party providers, text, promotional materials, and any other creative works — is the exclusive property of hhh5 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hhh5 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership interest in the platform or its content.
- You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, transmit, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content on the hhh5 platform without prior written consent from hhh5.
- You may not use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or similar automated data-collection tools on the platform.
- You may not frame the platform or any part of it within another website or application without prior written consent.
- Game software and game content displayed on the platform remain the intellectual property of the respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and are used by hhh5 under licence. Your use of those games does not grant you any rights in that software or content.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hhh5 shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind — whether direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Losses arising from gambling outcomes, including losses on any individual game, bet, or wager.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
- Losses arising from platform downtime, interruptions, errors, or delays caused by circumstances beyond hhh5's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, internet service disruptions, or force majeure events.
- Losses arising from third-party payment provider delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals.
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Losses arising from reliance on any promotional material, bonus offer description, or other content on the platform that contains a typographical or administrative error, subject to hhh5 correcting such errors promptly upon becoming aware of them.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude hhh5's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, as determined by applicable law. hhh5 encourages players to contact [email protected] in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally before initiating formal proceedings.
hhh5 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective from the date they are published on the platform.
